The DIGICOM DG-V80 is a Surge Protector with 8 universal sockets including individual switch. A surge protector (or surge suppressor) is an appliance designed to protect electrical devices from voltage spikes. What is a surge?
A surge is a random and short jump in voltage which goes above the normal range. This is caused by
