DIGICOM AIR CONDITIONER HAS ONE YEAR WARRANTY ON ALL BODY PARTS AND THREE YEARS WARRANTY ON THE COMPRESSOR. WARRANTY AND CONDITIONS: Proof of purchase and a complete product serial number is required to receive any services guaranteed as part of the limited warranty. Any sort of physical damage is not covered in the warranty. The product is first examined by the technical department and thus noted to the customer the reason for the damage and if there is a production defect or internal defect, it will be covered in the warranty. Damage caused by ingress of foreign objects, substances, liquids, or insects; If the device has received damage caused by the mismatch of the supply voltage to the State Technical Standards; however the product will be repaired but with the charges. Warranty can only be claimed with the purchase bill (vat bill). Please always take a vat bill when you are purchasing digicam products. If there is no bill, the DIGICOM service center will not be able to provide you with warranty services. Any kind of physical damage will not be covered in the warranty.
